Important Notice: These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player," "you," "your") and tadagaming ("the Company," "we," "us," "our"). 01. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the tadagaming website and its associated services (collectively, "the Platform"), you acknowledge that you have read these Terms & Conditions in their entirety and agree to be legally bound by them. These terms apply to all users of the tadagaming platform, including registered players, visitors, and any person who accesses the website for any purpose.
Your continued use of the tadagaming platform following any modification to these Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. tadagaming reserves the right to update these terms at any time, and it is your responsibility to review them periodically.
02. Eligibility
Age Restriction: You must be at least 21 years of age to register and play on tadagaming. This is a strict requirement under Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations. tadagaming reserves the right to request age verification documents at any time and to suspend or close accounts where the age requirement is not met.
To be eligible to use the tadagaming platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions:
- You are at least 21 years of age;
- You are a natural person and not a corporation, partnership, or other legal entity;
- You are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited by applicable law;
- You are not a current employee, director, officer, or agent of tadagaming, nor an immediate family member of any such person;
- You have not previously been excluded from the tadagaming platform or any affiliated platform;
- You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party;
- You are not suffering from a gambling addiction or have not been advised by a medical professional to refrain from gambling.
tadagaming reserves the right to verify your eligibility at any time and to suspend or terminate your account if any eligibility condition is found to be unsatisfied.
03. Account Registration
To access the full features of the tadagaming platform, you must register a player account. The following conditions apply to account registration and maintenance:
- One Account Per Person: Each player is permitted to hold only one tadagaming account. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of balances.
- Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and any other information requested. Providing false information is a material breach of these Terms & Conditions.
- Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your tadagaming login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. tadagaming will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized access to your account caused by your failure to maintain credential security.
- KYC Verification: tadagaming may require you to complete Know Your Customer (KYC) verification before processing withdrawals or at any other time deemed necessary. This may include submission of a government-issued ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.
- Account Currency: All tadagaming accounts are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise specified.
04. Deposits & Withdrawals
All financial transactions on the tadagaming platform are subject to the following terms:
- Accepted Payment Methods: tadagaming accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BDO, BPI, Metrobank, and other payment methods as listed on the platform. Accepted methods may change without prior notice.
- Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 unless otherwise stated for a specific payment method or promotion.
- Minimum Withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
- Withdrawal Processing: tadagaming aims to process e-wallet withdrawals (GCash, PayMaya) within 5 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 1–3 business days depending on the receiving institution. Processing times are not guaranteed and may be affected by verification requirements or technical factors.
- Own Funds Only: You may only deposit funds that belong to you. Depositing funds on behalf of another person, or using payment methods not registered in your name, is prohibited.
- No Money Laundering: tadagaming is committed to anti-money laundering (AML) compliance. Any account suspected of using the platform for money laundering or other financial crimes will be immediately suspended and reported to the relevant authorities.
- Withdrawal Conditions: Funds subject to active bonus wagering requirements may not be withdrawn until those requirements are fully met. tadagaming reserves the right to withhold withdrawals pending completion of KYC verification.
Note: tadagaming does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees. Please check with your bank or e-wallet provider for applicable charges.
05. Bonuses & Promotions
tadagaming offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms attached to individual promotions:
- Wagering Requirements: All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements as specified in the individual promotion terms. Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds may not be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been satisfied.
- One Bonus Per Player: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, each player is entitled to claim each promotion once. Attempting to claim a bonus multiple times through multiple accounts or other means constitutes abuse and will result in account suspension.
- Eligibility: tadagaming reserves the right to determine player eligibility for any promotion at its sole discretion. Bonuses may be restricted based on account history, payment method, or geographic location.
- Expiry: Bonus funds and free spins expire as specified in the individual promotion terms. Expired bonuses and associated winnings will be forfeited without compensation.
- Modification and Withdrawal: tadagaming reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Players who have already claimed a promotion will be subject to the terms in effect at the time of claiming.
- Abuse: Any attempt to exploit bonuses through irregular play patterns, arbitrage, or other abusive strategies will result in the cancellation of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may result in account closure.
06. Gameplay Rules
All games available on the tadagaming platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. The following general gameplay terms apply across all games:
- Game Integrity: All games on tadagaming use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or live dealer mechanics provided by licensed game suppliers. Game outcomes are determined fairly and cannot be influenced by tadagaming or any player.
- Bet Limits: Each game has minimum and maximum bet limits as displayed within the game interface. tadagaming reserves the right to modify bet limits at any time.
- Malfunction Policy: In the event of a game malfunction, technical error, or communication failure, all affected bets and payouts will be void. tadagaming will not be liable for losses resulting from game malfunctions beyond the return of the original stake where applicable.
- Disconnection: tadagaming is not responsible for losses incurred due to internet disconnection or device failure on the player's side. Players are responsible for maintaining a stable connection during gameplay.
- Disputed Results: In the event of a dispute regarding a game result, the outcome recorded in tadagaming's server logs shall be the definitive record. Players may submit disputes to tadagaming support within 7 days of the disputed event.
07. Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the tadagaming platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to law enforcement authorities where applicable:
- Registering more than one account on the tadagaming platform;
- Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification;
- Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age;
- Using software, bots, scripts, or other automated tools to interact with the platform;
- Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game;
- Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities — any such discovery must be reported to tadagaming support immediately;
- Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime through the platform;
- Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any part of the tadagaming platform;
- Harassing, threatening, or abusing tadagaming staff or other players through any communication channel;
- Using a VPN, proxy, or other means to circumvent geographic restrictions or account suspensions.
08. Responsible Gaming
tadagaming is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing tools to help players manage their gambling activity. The following responsible gaming provisions apply to all players:
- Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from their account settings. Once set, limits take effect immediately and cannot be increased for a cooling-off period of 24 hours.
- Session Time Limits: Players may set session time reminders to alert them when a specified duration of play has been reached.
- Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to take a break from gambling may request a self-exclusion period of 30 days, 90 days, 180 days, or permanent exclusion. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.
- Reality Checks: tadagaming provides periodic on-screen reminders of time spent playing and net session results.
- Age Verification: tadagaming enforces the 21+ age restriction and may request age verification documents at any time.

09. Intellectual Property
All content on the tadagaming platform — including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, game assets, audio, video, and the overall design and layout of the website — is the intellectual property of tadagaming or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the tadagaming platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the tadagaming platform without prior written consent from tadagaming.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, tadagaming shall not be liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform;
- Loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill;
- Losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to maintain credential security;
- Losses resulting from internet disconnection, device failure, or other technical issues outside tadagaming's control;
- Losses resulting from game malfunctions beyond the return of the original stake where applicable;
- Any loss or damage arising from your reliance on information provided on the platform.
tadagaming's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit or exclude tadagaming's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.
11. Termination
tadagaming reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account at any time and without prior notice if:
- You have breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
- tadagaming suspects fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity on your account;
- You have provided false or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent point;
- tadagaming is required to do so by applicable law, regulation, or order of a competent authority;
- Your account has been inactive for a continuous period of 12 months.
Upon termination for breach, tadagaming reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance in your account, including bonus funds and pending withdrawals, to the extent permitted by applicable law. Where termination is not due to player breach, any verified real-money balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
You may close your tadagaming account at any time by contacting customer support. Account closure requests are processed within 5 business days. Any pending withdrawals at the time of closure will be processed in the normal course.
12. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
tadagaming operates in compliance with applicable Philippine gaming regulations and the guidelines issued by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). Players are responsible for ensuring that their use of the tadagaming platform complies with the laws of their own jurisdiction.
13. Amendments
tadagaming reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, tadagaming will notify registered players via the email address or mobile number on file, or by displaying a prominent notice on the platform.
The effective date of the current version of these Terms & Conditions is displayed at the top of this page. Your continued use of the tadagaming platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree to the revised terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure.
